Returns:
We do not accept returns for reasons other than a damaged or defective product. Returned inventory in the US alone creates over 15 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually. We try to minimize our effect on the environment, so be sure to check your order before submitting it to make sure everything is correct.
If you received your order damaged, please take some pictures and email them to us. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods if you need to file a claim. All returns will be inspected, and we will notify you if it is acceptable for a refund. Earth Friendly Future cannot be held liable for anything beyond our control.
